Firefly Events & Concierge is owned and managed by Katja Hammond who has over 20 years
experience in the industry.
She prides herself in offering impeccable service with a personal twist - on time, to specification and to budget.
Her personable approach, as well as professional excellence, is very much the reason why large corporations as well as smaller businesses and busy individuals come to her again and again for their events and lifestyle requirements. She really enjoys getting to know the companies and people she is working with and aims to build long lasting, honest and loyal relationships with her clients. The services can be as regimented or as flexible as you wish, from simply finding you a venue or booking a hotel and letting you get on with it, to fully managing your event from initial enquiry to being there on the day to make sure it runs smoothly. Thanks to strategic new business partnerships Katja can also offer access to lifestyle concierge services, luxury chauffeur drive and high end security for private and corporate events.
Turning a Vision into Reality
Katja has over 20 year’s events experience behind her and founded Firefly Events & Concierge Ltd in March 2018. She has expert knowledge of local, national and international hotels, venues, restaurants, bars, clubs and suppliers and has worked extensively on events for both small and multi-national companies.
Katja is a meticulous organiser, loves a challenge and is a problem solver by nature. Originally from Finland, Katja also speaks fluent Swedish and Finnish.
